Fahy Legend tipped to prevail in Night of Stars A2 Dual Distance 525/550 Semi-Final

Fahy Legend will be looking to take the top spot in the Night of Stars A2 Dual Distance 525/550 Semi-Final at Shelbourne Park in Ireland on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. He will have to outperform five other highly talented greyhounds in order to win a cash prize of ?50 from the Grade A2 event.

The 525 yard flat race will definitely test the stamina of all the contestants, but the start will also be crucial. The one who gains an early advantage will be able to put the rest under immense pressure. All the runners are young and inexperienced, thus an exciting competition is on the cards today.

Although, the spectators would like the see a close battle, the punters will be hoping for the opposite to happen. They have got a very good chance of winning some money over Fahy Legend, but he is not in a commanding position and might have to face an upset defeat in the end.

However, that will not be an easy thing for any of the greyhounds to achieve, as the favourite runner is full of confidence right now. He has been performing well in recent times and it will be difficult to stop him from taking the top spot in the end.

The McCormack?s trained dog made his first appearance in June this year and he was extremely competitive right from the start of his career. He finished as a runner up back then and gained some useful experience from that event.

The white and blue hound went for a solo run afterwards and his team focussed on improving his skills. This worked out really well for him, as he managed to win the very next race comfortably. He was rated as the favourite to succeed back then and did not disappoint his fans.

Fahy Legend moved to Shelbourne Park in August and took part in a couple of races at this venue. He seemed to like the conditions here, as his performances were really good. He prevailed in his first outing on this ground and then followed it up with a third place in a tough event.

Archaton Pine?s son is carrying a pretty decent momentum right now and it will be extremely hard for his opponents to challenge him for victory.?
