Happy Toddler, Happy Mama

Early on I decided that I was going to make Donut?s baby food from scratch.? I steamed, baked, pureed, diced and froze her food.? I still often batch cook for her and freeze her meals.

Sometimes I turn into a total freak show and go overboard:

All of that came to a screeching halt when we were packing and moving.

I barely had time to cook and I was so grateful when I was asked to do a review of Happy Tot foods.? Healthy meal?? Check.? Organic?? Check.? Easy to serve?? Check.

I was provided with coupons to try 3 fruit and veggie pouches as well as 4 Toddler Meal Bowls.

I usually tried not to buy prepackaged food because I was convinced that it wasn?t as healthy as homemade.? While I still prefer fresh as much as possible, I really like the fact that Happy Family foods are organic and healthy.? They use ingredients such as quinoa, spinach, salmon and amaranth.? They also include DHA and probiotics in their foods.

I was sold on the health aspects and also on the convenience during such a hectic time for us.? And I love the fruit & veggie pouches (and so does Baby Toddler Donut)!? They are so easy to throw in my purse when we?re going out.? Why didn?t I buy them before???

Happy Family is now offering one of my readers the same opportunity to try their products.? The winner will receive the following coupon package:

Happy Tot Plus Pouches (3 coupons)

Happy Tot Toddler Meal Bowls (4 coupons)

To enter the giveaway, leave me a comment telling me which product from their site that you?d like to try.

For additional entries, follow @HappySuperFoods on Twitter, like Happy Family on Facebook and sign up for Generation Happy on Facebook.? Leave a separate comment telling me you did so.

Winner will be announced next Friday, August 17th.? Good luck!

Disclosure:? I was provided with coupons for products from Happy Family.? All opinions are my own, of course.
